Our IP Bandwidth services are easily scalable and are backed by network monitoring and customer support team that are available on a phone call away. Local loop from the TATA Communications pop to the customer premises will be provided by the 3rd party license holder for extending the local/end connectivity in Sri Lanka. However TCLL would like to take the responsibility of extending local links under single window clearance.
