Remote includes:
Cook Island, Cuba, Diego Garcia, East Timor, Guiana Bissau, Nauru, Papua N G, Solomon Island, Somali Republic, St Tome & Princi, Tuvalu, Vanuatu
NA means Calling to these countries is not permissible
Under Calling Card service, the customer cannot call the same country from which he is dialing
South East Asia includes:
Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia
Rest of Asia includes all the countries in Asia except Sri Lanka, India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia & Indonesia.
Oceania includes Australia and New Zealand
